I am a Registered Counselling Therapist – Candidate (RCT-C) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) based in Sydney, Cape Breton. I earned my Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Counselling from Acadia University in 2022 and provide counselling services to children aged 7 and up, adolescents, and adults.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective counselling. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely heard.

My approach draws from a variety of therapeutic perspectives, allowing me to tailor counselling to each person’s individual needs and goals. I support clients experiencing anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), stress, anger, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Outside of counselling, I’m a husband, father, runner, skier, and someone who enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends. I value the important role that physical activity, meaningful relationships, and balance can play in supporting mental health.
